Using a real grape leaf, the cluster of grapes was painted with acrylics. This was a giant leaf from a concord grape vine.

"Pegasus 1" was painted on four dyed black feathers using acrylics, then highlighted with fairy dust.  The bottom of the quills were enhanced with smaller natural feathers and down feathers and a simulated sapphire stone.  This piece was sold unframed and unmounted.

11 X 14" framed oil with photo of dog used as a reference.  Prizae, aka "Peeps" - a beloved white Pekingese-now at Rainbow Bridge, but memorialized in this portrait for her Oklahoma parents.
