YES, I REALLY DO PAINT ON FEATHERS!! I use acrylics to paint my feathers. The feathers are from a variety of different types of birds. Some feathers I have found, others generously given to me, and others I have purchased. I have never personally hurt a bird for their feathers. Some feathers are illegal to use, so you can be assured that I follow the guidelines of which feathers are okay to use for painting.
